Builder Ronco helps customer to new efficiencies!Marval has now inaugurated its new 4.000 m2 facility at Castellamonte (Italy). A report on the progress of this project was published in a previous edition of EuroASTRONews. The company produces high precision components for truck motors fabricated by Iveco/Fiat, situated only a few kilometers from the new plant. Manufacturing optimisation is critical to this Italian manufacturer, so for its new premises it wanted a facility that would offer maximum flexibility for the layout and efficiency of its production lines. ASTRON Builder Ronco Fratelli spa, who has many building references and enjoys a good reputation in this region of Piemont, was able to come up with a 40 m clear span design, despite a snow load of 160 kg/m², thanks in no small part to ASTRON technology! Quality is not just a word to the management team at Marval, but rather a day-to-day commitment. Thanks to its "state of the art" technology plus the functional, technical and logistical opportunities presented by its new premises, Marval is well on its way to realising its ambitions. |
